A chemise is a versatile wardrobe staple. Wear it as a dress, or layer it under a skirt or pinafore. It can be worn loose and flowy, or belted at the waist for a dramatic shape. With the adjustable neck, it can be cinched in for a more traditional neckline, or worn looser for an off the shoulder look. 

This chemise is made from a deadstock midweight 100% linen in black. It has a hint of sheerness. The neck and sleeves are adjustable with a ribbon drawstring. The seams are finished with a French seam instead of serging. If you don't like the look of the ribbon bow at the neckline, you are able to pull it through a small slit to the inside.
